      Marvin AL- Khafaji, Co-Founder and Board Member
  • Role - At Target 20, Marvin focuses on providing solutions design direction from a sales and agency owner perspective, contributes to the strategic direction of Target 20 CRM.  Marvin was also instrumental in identifying the market need for CRM early on and eventually bringing together Target 20 CRM's co-founders.
  • Professional Background - An experienced and innovative home care Director of Marketing and CEO, as well as a technology veteran with many years in IT and Tel-health, Marvin is also a successful home care agency entrepreneur.


 

      Curt Sellke, Co-Founder and Board Member

  • Role - At Target 20 CRM, Curt is focused on helping provide input on the strategic direction of Target 20 CRM and also collaborates closely with the President on certain operational aspects of the company.
  • Professional Background - After a successful career in software sales for Oracle and Sybase, Curt joined Braun Consulting where he helped grow the firm until the time of its IPO and eventual acquisition by Fair Isaac.  Curt went on with Sean Olssen to form digitalKnowledge, Inc. where he now serves as President.


 

      Michael Giudicissi, Co-Founder and Board Member

  • Role - At Target 20 CRM, Michael focuses on providing solution design direction from a sales perspective, contributes to the strategic direction and contributes to the strategic direction of Target 20 CRM.
  • Professional Background - A nationally recognized speaker, sales trainer and author, Michael is the founder and President of Power Shot Training. Prior to starting Power Shot, he enjoyed a successful sales career including executive sales management for a large home health company.



 
      Dan Moyers, President and Co-Foudner
  • Role - At Target 20 CRM, Dan focuses on overseeing the day-to-day operations, helps shape the strategic direction of the company and also guides the solution development team and participates in various aspects of sales, marketing and business development.
  • Professional Background - With a career spanning sales, marketing and management positions in several diverse industries, Dan is an experience technologist and consultant who is passionate about applying technology and process to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness as well as the SaaS delivery model.


      Laura Neufelder, Marketing Director
  • Role - At Target 20 CRM, Laura handles all aspects of branding, marketing and public relations for Target 20 CRM.
  • Professional Background - Laura is experienced in leading the marketing and public relations departments for small, technology focused companies.  With a specialty in B2B markets, Laura is passionate about helping small companies gain awareness and acceptance in large industries.
 

      Justin Kruse, Customer Care Director

  • Role - At Target 20 CRM, Justin is responsible for managing all aspects of customer care including new customer setup, training and ongoing support.  He is also intimately involved with all aspects of solution design and development and is focused on serving as the "voice of the user."
  • Professional Background - Prior to Target 20 CRM, Justin spent his career designing, developing and deploying large-scale CRM solutions for clients in a variety of industries.  Through those experiences, he developed a passion for helping companies reach their potential through the use of technology.
